朝陽科技大學傳播藝術系（Chaoyang University of Technology - Department of Communication Arts）畢業，金馬電影學院攝影學員(2021)，從短片創作、紀錄片逐漸累積成長養分，擅於利用精準色彩及簡潔鏡頭語言，轉譯導演意念及文本核心，樂於與團隊內部充足溝通、共同創作。近年觸及跨領域影像，持續探索影像可能性，努力成為所在之處令人安心的存在。

擔任攝影指導參與作品曾入選金馬獎、鹿特丹國際影展、金穗獎、高雄電影節、Boston LGBT Film Festival、Pride Queer Film Festival等國內外獎項，短片《囚犬》獲第61屆金馬獎最佳劇情短片提名、第47屆金穗獎最佳攝影、短片《你夢見我時，我已醒來》獲第55屆鹿特丹國際影展中短片單元入圍等獎項。

HUANG, TAI-CHENG

Graduated from the Department of Communication Arts at Chaoyang University of Technology; cinematography trainee at the Golden Horse Film Academy (2021). Through short film creation and documentary work, he has steadily accumulated creative experience. He excels at using precise color control and a concise visual language to translate a director’s vision and the core of a script. He values thorough communication within the team and embraces collaborative creation. In recent years, he has expanded into cross-disciplinary image-making, continuously exploring the possibilities of moving images, and strives to be a reassuring presence wherever he works.

As a director of photography, his works have been selected for major domestic and international festivals and awards, including the Golden Horse Awards, the International Film Festival Rotterdam, the Golden Harvest Awards, the Kaohsiung Film Festival, the Boston LGBT Film Festival, and the Pride Queer Film Festival. The short film “Caged Dog” was nominated for Best Live Action Short Film at the 61st Golden Horse Awards and won Best Cinematography at the 47th Golden Harvest Awards. Another short film, “Awake Before Your Gaze” was selected for the Short & Mid-length Film Competition at the 55th International Film Festival Rotterdam.
